Error when writing strings that look like very large numbers

First, I want to say that this module is REALLY terrific. Thanks for developing it and sharing it with the Python community.
An error occurs when opening Excel if a string is written to a cell that can be evaluated into a large number. For example, in investing, there is a stock identifier called CUSIP, which is 8 character alphanumeric. Writing the CUSIP of 123E567 will create the error condition. Writing a CUSIP like 12345E78 or 00345678 will not cause an error but are still annoying because my values would have changed.
It is because of the error when opening Excel and the value changing that I listed this as a 'Bug' with a priority of 'Major'.
As a temporary fix, I prefix the string with a single quote. Ideally, it would be better to force the string to be Excel text format. From within Excel, typing '0123E567 would have done just that. Using openpyxl writes the leading quote as part of the string (which is not surprising, I guess).
I really hope that the developers can add some degree of formatting control soon. It would make a great class even better. :-)
Thanks, ---- Marc
