Unable to load workbook with charts getting: TypeError: expected <class 'openpyxl.chart.axis.TextAxis'>

Getting error when trying to load a workbook with some charts when

#!python

from openpyxl import Workbook
from openpyxl import load_workbook

inupt_file=load_workbook('workbook.xlsx')

it leads to below error

TypeError: expected <class 'openpyxl.chart.axis.TextAxis'>
