To correct Issue #432

Created originally on Bitbucket by jphuart (jean pierre huart)

Was already merged in Bitbucket before import, marked as merged by the import user

I've reactivated the possibility of defining the property 'fitToPage' through the worksheet PageSetup. The main modification is to make PageSetup aware of the parent worksheet, so that the link to the worksheet_properties can be done for reading and setting the property without modifying the current structure that is much better of the one in version 2.1.

I didn't find easy to solve this problem, I'd like to have opinions on what I've done. Thanks in advance.
