Make download link more prominent

My first merge request on pypy.org. Mercurial is such a struggle... Had to redo my repo a bunch of times before I got it right.

This is sort of my "test PR" to see that we have a good flow. It makes a more prominent download button on the homepage. This is crucial because it's the call-to-action of the site. After that I could focus on the download page.

Does the website get updated automatically from the default branch?
