Remove default lead time

#10050 (closed) add a default lead time because it broken sale_supply_drop_shipment when it calls find_best_product_supplier but #10052 (closed) added support for empty date. So we can remove the default lead time and let the shipping date on sale line be empty when there is no lead time.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
