Related to is empty after using invoice keyword

I've created a statement rule that has the invoice keyword. When creating a line the invoice party is used but the related to is empty. I will expect that the related to is set with the related invoice.

I have the account_payment_clearing module activated. This module causes the problem as it clears the related_to and set its empty value when payment or group is empty, clearing the invoice value set by the previous keyword.

For me we should not set the payment and group values when they are empty.
