Add a boolean to select only storage zone in Lot Quantities by Warehouse Context

When doing a relate on Lot Quantities by Warehouse, you don't know if the quantities displayed are applied only on storage zone (stock_skip_warehouse=True in context) or on the warehouse. This checkbox is already displayed on the Product Quantities by Warehouse context, we should do the same for Lots.
