Add action domain for purchase requests in state "Quotation" and "Received"

As it's done in purchase_request module which adds action domain for "draft", "exception" and "all", I think that purchase_request_quotation module should add the "Quotation" and "Received" domain actions in order to help users to identify the state of the different purchase requests. Do you think as me that it make sense on core?
