Missing unaccented configuration for quality number field

Other modules disable search unaccented for number fields (for example sale module). But this is not done on quality module.

As I do not know the rational of such change I can not say if something else is missing. Just creating the issue so somebody else can fix it if needed

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
