Set zipped file mode and compression for reports

We've been noticing file protection issues when exporting multiple reports, where group and other have no access.

The mode o662 seems to make the most sense (a typical system default), but perhaps it could be made configurable.

Also, the file(s) is/are only stored, not compressed. Over the wire compression always makes sense.
