Intrastat could not find the intrastat countries for moves with internal shipment because of "Transit" location.

When using intrastat (account_stock_eu module), a warning "Could not find the intrastat countries for moves" is raised twice when doing an internal shipment.

Warehouses addresses are well configured with countries for both locations (from/to).

Problem is that internal shipment use a special location named 'Transit' which is not under a warehouse. So there's no country defined for Outgoing Moves and Incoming Moves using this transit location and a warning is raised.
