Add assignation state on customer shipment

Even when the warehouse output is the same as the warehouse storage of customer shipment, user may want to do the assignation even if the location is static. This will ensure that the products are actually in the location and it will prevent them to be used by someone else.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
