Update planned date of assigned moves

On shipments the planned date of assigned moves are not updated. But when the planned date of a shipment is changed (ex: by the reschedule task), the planned date of assigned moves should also be updated. There is no risk about assignation because it is always done today so the planned date does not change anything. But on the other side if the planned date of assigned move is not updated (and assignation stays for a long period), the stock supply will raise warning and it may not supply enough quantity.
