No more possible to make payment on deposit account

Since 97281a746606 it is no more possible to select a deposit account but it was original possible as b28776d8d4e5 show. Indeed #8339 (closed) shows that we are swinging between larger clause and more restrict clause. 97281a746606 shows that when we are not explicit enough we end up restrict too much. So on the contrary of #8339 (comment 245399), I think we must add an explicit dependency so this will no more happen.
