Not allow create payments when payment_amount is 0 (zero)

Scenario:

  1. Financial / Payments / Lines to Pay
  2. Select a record and change to form view.
  3. Copy/paste url in new browser tab.

Steps:

  1. click first tab and do "Lines to pay" wizard: Create a payment with that amount is from line.
  2. click second tab and do "Lines to pay" wizard: Create a payment with that amount is 0.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
