Shipment out cost price should be 0 when cost_used and cost_sale_used are equals to have correct margin on the product

In case of a user declares a shipment cost on a sale (shipment cost method: on order) equals to the real shipment cost on the customer shipment, then the shipment out cost price should be 0 to have a correct margin a the product.
