Improve tooltip of next/previous

when i open a Model in treeview (e.g. Variants) and click 'Next Record or 'Previous Record' in the client (current 5.0 branch pulled from git) the selected record jumps to the last (first for previous) visible record. It seems to be always the last visible record. I played with window size and with selecting a record from the middle of the list.
I tested this with my own server and the demo server
