Mercurial repository housekeeping
There is a housekeeping task for repository, and it's even exposed to Project Owners in the Project Settings (General > Advanced).
For now it's just GitLab upstream action, so it would tidy up the auxiliary Git repo. It makes sense to perform some Mercurial actions:
- optimization such as done at the end of imports, see #192 (closed)
- verify/recover, see #183 (closed)
- cleanup of lingering old shares, see #277
- removal of old, potentially huge,
.hg/git
? (ignored since %Heptapod 0.12.0)
On Heptapod 0.14, new projects may not even have an auxiliary Git repo, so we must obviously not run Git housekeeping if it makes not sense.
