Move advance payments in separate tab of sale form and rename conditions into lines

Cédric Krier requested to merge topic/default/sale-advance-payment-form into branch/default

Since we do not have any more so much tab in the sale form, this is better for user because it shows them there is the option of advance payment. Also the name "conditions" is too close in meaning from "term", so it is better to use "lines" has in other places.
